Management does not respect their direct reports. Management treat employees and consistently act as all wisdom and knowledge originates with them. It is not open to any outside ideas or ways to handle the resolution of claims. It is unwilling to invest in the future growth and development of their employees. Company has serious issue with age discrimination.
