They are so far behind the 8 ball when it comes to their claims software. Doing something as mundane as sending a letter with an enclosure is more complicated than I could have ever imagined. The organization itself has very little structure. Standards and expectations change from day to day and not everyone is held to the same standard. Employees are over worked and management does not seem to care. I work at least 50 hours a week every week and they will dock my pay if I don’t have leave to cover me for a doctors appointment. My boss on the other hand logs in every day at about 9:30 to 10:00am and leaves promptly at 4:30pm. Must be nice.

Training and academy are long and sometimes overwhelming. There is alot to learn but after several weeks into operations, it's not bad at all. Hang in there!
