Pros

This is a great company. Great employee benefits. And great work life balance. It’s not the best paying but you have plenty of room to grow.

good pay thats all really

Cons

hard to grow within the company, they say they value their employee's mental health but they actually don't, the customers are the worst people, it is hard to get time off if you have emergencies, and system issues count against you even if you tried everything to fix it.
