Pros

Managers and co-workers are all great! Company treats everyone fantastic! Flexible work hours, can work from home once you are established with the company and in a salaried position, casual dress code, generous time off/vacation/sick days/personal days all rolled together in one pot of earned time off, great opportunities for advancement. Potential for Annual Gainshare bonus for everyone----not just managers

Cons

Low starting pay if you have a college degree. Heavy workload in all the salary positions--more than 40 hours a week. Typical office politics.

Pros

The office culture is great, co-workers were extremely friendly and after the first six months the schedules become flexible. Great place to build a career. The training was paid, and very helpful as they cover any situation that may come up. They understand that people who work hard can make mistakes, so the weekly sessions with your manager helps you to achieve your goals and become better at your job! Highly recommended.

Cons

None that I can think of! One of my favorite places to work
