Job progression is after a year, not 6 months. New employees, its 18 months. Not enough time between calls. Secretive pay increase at promotions (pay increase are only $1). Manipulating CS employees to upsell. Owned by Vanguard Group. $1.3 Million to Fox News. Managers are encouraged to manipulate employees into performing. Adding people to policies without permission of customer. Getting yelled at by customers for major avoidable price increases.
