You are overworked!!! You are given way more new claims then you can handle in one day and still are expected to keep up on your old inventory too. On top of that you are expected to take available calls for other reps and work their claims for them too. There is no time in between calls and it made no sense that you had to take available calls when you were already buried in your own work. You will never, not be on the phone, and it’s incredibly hard to get to your old inventory with the amount of calls coming in. The company needs to hire more people rather than overwhelm their existing employees with more work the can be done in a 8 hour shift. We are not robots! Also if you have a question they want you to try to look up the answer yourself before asking but by the time you start trying to look up the answer your phone will be ringing again, and again and again. The call volume is insane. You are incredibly micromanaged and will work tirelessly day in day out, skipping breaks, working off the clock just to get work done and still be treated like you don’t do enough. The workload too much. I had really high hopes for this job and it did not take long for me to feel burnout at this company. It was affecting my mental health I had to just make the decision to walk away. If the workload was more realistic I would 100% still be there.
