Pros

Everyone is very welcoming, everyone is usually very nice and helpful to you. Training is a bit barebones, but your supervisor will pick up and help you where it is needed.

Cons

Workload is large, and you are expected to work well over 40 hours a week just to manage your claims load. Customers can be rude, since they feel they have power over you due to them paying progressive.
