Pros

Pay is okay Gainshare bonus is always a nice benefit

Cons

-Too much workload -Expected to work weekends when you are behind but you are always behind because you receive 12 -16 claims a day - management waits till end of day to respond to messages and will correct your work right at the time you are about to walk out the door - says there are lots of opportunities but requires 1 year minimum in each role before moving to the next

Pros

They have great benefits, and everyone is friendly.

Cons

Long hours and heavy workload. It's insurance, so you have to deal with people who are not friendly or pleasant. You need a thick skin!

Pros

-Company does care about employees. When Covid hit, they suspended all hiring, internal and external, so they could move people around to different departments if needed so they could avoid having to lay anyone off. -Supervisors do want you to succeed and progress within the company. -PTO is good and easy to use. -Pay is good. -Supervisors will help you with your time management if they see you are struggling with it. -The other adjusters will help you learn the process and give you tips they’ve learned or been taught. Truly is a team environment where everyone wants everyone else to succeed.

Cons

The workload can be a lot, especially if you struggle with time management. When you start, if you’ve never been in a position like this, there is a learning curve because of how much is involved with claims. It does take a bit to get your work life balance in place because there is a lot to it, but tenured adjusters always help the new reps learn that.
