Pay and benefits are good, lots of opportunities for advancement and promotion and annual raises.
Cons
On the phone all day, it can be stressful dealing with angry customers and heavy workload at certain times of the year. This job is very fast-paced and its not for everyone if you can't manage your work efficiently.

Feel good environment, sky's the limit with the amount of growth within the company, can climb the ladder very quickly if you're skilled, real sense of camaraderie between co workers, paid training/travel for classes, attentive leadership/management, extremely generous christmas bonus for all employees, generous pto/psl time
Cons
Extremely fast paced, heavy workload sometimes to the point of mental breakdown during busy season, high turnover for low tenure (entry level) roles which causes hiccups for the tenured folks

Unreasonable expectations, unreasonable workload, refusal to address staffing issues, toxic positivity, no work/life balance, career growth is extremely slow and internal interviews are over the top

No micromanagement They hire great people Claims isn’t for everyone some people can get overwhelmed by the workload but if you have great management skills then it’s fairly easy

Great PTO, good benefits, and good coworkers
Cons
Unrealistic workload with unrealistic standards, toxic positivity reigns supreme with management, and employees concerned are not heard. Their base pay is not competitive. Little to no career growth.
