Pros

Because this company really does care about its employees They look out for your benefits and try to do little things all the time to show they care like raffles and Halloween parties and get to together s for the whole company They just care :)

Pros

Lots of room to grow. Right now you can move within about 2 months at least. Friendly, encouraging environment. Can get up to $600 in bonus per month PLUS $500 referral bonus

Cons

Explaining leases and numbers to customers is the main thing that gets annoying, only bc it was maybe not explained well in store or they just didn't read it before signing it.
