      Pros

      Fun, energetic work environment to work in with a big break room! They are always giving out awards, prizes and lunches to recognize us. If we help out other departments we get catered lunches! I've met some really great people here, management is easy to work with but extremely busy.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. This is the lowest I've been paid in over 10 years. Theyre understaffed a lot in every department, management having to do a lot of on the job training because you learn as you go. So if you're a fast learner you will do fine.

      - Growing company - Opportunities within company because of the growth that is taking place - New facilities - Free cereal, snacks & drinks

      Cons

      - Subpar starting wages for entry-level employees. Hard to attract quality candidates. - Young company that is still trying to figure things out. - Changes always taking places but the lack of resources and communication make the job difficult to succeed and stay on top. - Lack of great benefits - Reactionary company

      Pros

      I get paid a decent amount and work with awesome people. I also have a great view from every side of the building. They are really awesome about school schedules.

      Cons

      it's always busy no matter where you are if it's collections, merchant support, customer service, or operations support. It can get really micro mananged and they suck when the holidays come up. They forget that we're someone else's friend or family before their employee and it can make you feel like you are just the cattle to herd.
