      The company is great, pays well, good benefits, treats the employees well. Everyone that works here is very competent which makes for a great team environment

      Fast growing. People enjoy working there. Great managers. Kind good people. Fun environment. Very positive. Very fast advancement opportunities.

      Having to defend the company a bit sometimes. It is a higher cost option than primary lenders like Wells Fargo, and there are some negative untrue rumors from competitors.
