Cons
Progressive is your typical corporate money honey employer. They were a far better company years ago when the place was ran by people who cares for the employees. Your best bet is to latch on to the horrible senior leaders and hope they promote you. Doesn’t mean you deserve it. Just means you are loyal and they’ll reward that. I’ve seen multiple people become leaders who shouldn’t run a small fast food restaurant let alone sales teams. They do not actually promote a positive work culture here. Companies are going above and beyond to give their employees a bit of relief. This will not happen here. Gas shot up two to three dollars and people are struggling to pay bills. Why? Because this company believes visits are so pivotal to these retailers that they won’t move to remote work. Ridiculous. Far more advanced work is being done fully remote. Get over yourselves.
