      I loved that our team had lectures that helped us learn new skills. I loved the culture explaining things in layman terms. It felt like I was working at a research lab in college, the people I got to work with were brilliant and yet they were not satisfied with what they knew they always wanted to learn more.

      Cons

      Although I was the recipient of their employee of the month, I did see that people in the team who were not recipients and had been working there for a while felt when their work was not recognized. I think this would have been as easy fix by just doing quick highlights of what every person was working on and how that helped the team/company.
