Pros

Proliance truly feels like a family, and that's coming from someone that thinks that phrase is s tired cliché. As long as you do your work *well* and come to work everyday, there's no issues if you have to take a day or two for yourself or need time off for appointments. When you excel at your job you are recognized and rewarded.

Cons

There's not much room for advancement. It's not hard to move around laterally. You can always change locations and go to a different Proliance office, but it's a small company so there's not a lot of growth upwards. You'll keep getting your raise every year, but there are only so many management positions.
