pay, benefits pretty Seattle office.

Cons

Upper management has no clue about supporting other positions! My immediate manager was fired after 2 coders walked out because of getting "dinged" by Medicare. They hired someone from Nordstrom's with no experience as a coder, no medical experience to help me! Upper management doesn't see how things really happen!
