      Pros

      Great flexibility with hours, good benefits such as time off, holiday pay and free parking. Most upper management great to work for, doctors are really nice. Fun events like parties and lunches. You get a gift card on your anniversary, I miss those kinds of personal touches with my current job.

      Cons

      Administrator talks down to people except his favorites. Not sure why he was promoted.

      Pros

      Great surgeons, great staff (mostly!), generous PTO plan, plenty of room for advancement (not sure what the other commenters are referring to, I suspect they probably aren't being promoted for a reason).

      Cons

      Crappy health insurance....seriously bad, everything else is great.

      Pros

      Lots of projects happening, so it makes a good place to learn.

      Cons

      They only care about how much money the doctors make. Most employees make well under market rate while the doctors take home 7 figure bonuses.
