      Pros

      Excellent and nice surgeons. Physician owned which means local control. Focus on quality of care as patients need to choose to come here. Easier access to such services as MRI and surgery. Most people happy which makes work environment good. Less hours than competitors.

      Cons

      Small company with disorganized and unstable business model. Healthcare coverage much more expensive than competitors since physician funded. Best if your healthcare can be on partner's plan. Any new purchases decided by local leadership. No financial support from corporate office. Difficult to get time off as you need to find own coverage. Company lacks security for longevity.

      Cons

      Terrible leaders at the PCO level. HR is transactional and does not have any authority or influence in any thing. If you work at the PCO level, no possible growth opportinities. You are expected to keep doing the "manual" process although there are solutions or better ways to do things.
