Good people, but limited by business model

Pros

Helpful people at corporate who are trying their best and are engaged. HR is trying to improve culture, but it takes small steps.

Cons

Everything is done for shareholders first, providers second, patients third, and employees last. (from my perspective only.) Many times great ideas are shot down because shareholders only care about shorter term returns. Because of this, admin is all over the place and each location has individual considerations and carve outs making oversight and providing professional services a nightmare to manage.
