Everyone is very nice. wide variety of conditions/injuries

I work at POSM--we are all told to stop so much over time, yet they set up our schedules that there is no way to avoid it. you often don't feel heard as an MA/ATC. Under utilize the ATCs. Not a lot of follow through from leadership High turnover
