Too many to list. Immature and/or incompetent managers. Sometimes high school mentality level leadership. I was told this used to be the top dog flagship location in the company but currently this location needs a lot of work. There are other locations so there may be better job satisfaction at those but I left for another company altogether. The training process leaves a lot to be desired and if you don't catch on fast enough you are gossiped about instead of given assistance. There is no one to talk to about these issues in leadership and "HR" is nonexistent. There are people at the corporate level but it just wasn't worth opening that can of worms. It is too bad because according to the patients the physicians are top notch.
