It's one of the largest resolution trust real estate companies in the country with international holdings. The new Denver headquarters is rather nice, a vast improvement over the warehouse one. As a publicly traded company, you'll get stock options and might get a return for your hard work doing your job right. Some truly stellar people work here, albeit under utilized.

Cons

The corporate culture is devastating to innovation. Suits and ties are de rigor, as is subordinating one's self to the boss's petty concerns. Don't expect a lot of actual loyalty from co-workers. A lot of the staff are strictly lifers in it for the paycheck and will think nothing of letting your requests for information fall into the cracks. Machiavellian office politcos will thrive here. Some managers are paternal, top-down types, condescending, and a bit in love with their own ideas. This makes honest communication nearly impossible.

They are a great company that is at the center of many innovative things. There are opportunities for advancement and your team will always help facilitate any movement if needed. Your managers and especially mine are knowledgeable and will do their best to help you succeed.

Cons

The burnout is real. So much work to do and so much outside of your typical responsibilities that keep you from getting to your day to day.
