      Pros

      The perks of being a Prologis employee are the ability to work with people who enjoy their job. Not necessarily every detail, but on the whole, there are more people who enjoy coming to the office here, than any place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      We don't own enough properties that I cannot bring all of my favorite co-workers from other previous employers to join me here.

      Pros

      Very intentional about creating a culture of hardworking people that work well with others and fit the culture that has been created. There are a lot of opportunities for growth, as there are a lot of business units within our Industrial Real Estate business.

      Cons

      While Prologis industry leading and very intentional about diverse hiring while pursuing the most qualified individuals for the job, diversity is still low and is consistent with the industrial real estate industry.
