      Pros

      Customer-focused culture that genuinely cares about both internal and external customers. Key word is CARE... leaders care about their people and in turn those people can better serve customers. Leadership is open to improving processes and make things work better. This is a stable place to work, and you get to work with smart, capable people. I also appreciate that the company can support customers beyond just their real estate needs and takes a more holistic, long-term approach to real estate, from land acquisition and development to ongoing operations.

      Cons

      The environment is forward thinking and leadership has high expectations, which can be challenging if you prefer a slower pace or a role with less day-to-day pressure.

      Prologis is a very innovative company that is always looking for better ways to do things and think outside the box. The company truly cares about its customers and gives employees the tools and support they need to create a great experience, both for customers and for internal teams. The culture is very team-oriented, and people are willing to work together and help each other. Prologis also does a great job of recognizing employees and showing appreciation for their hard work and achievements.

      Prologis is a fast-paced company that is constantly evolving, which may not be the right fit for everyone. The business environment changes quickly, and priorities can shift as the company works to stay ahead of what is next and anticipate customer needs. For some people, that pace and constant change can feel challenging.

Benefits: The benefits package is exceptional and reflects how much the company values its employees. From excellent healthcare and 401K to generous PTO, paid volunteer time, and unique perks like life coaching, there’s a strong emphasis on overall employee well-being. Work Environment: Offices are in great locations, and the in-person experience is collaborative and energizing. There are frequent opportunities to connect through events and get-togethers, making it something to genuinely look forward to each week.
