Pros

None at all, this is the worst job ive ever had.

Cons

1. Your encouged to not use the bathroom during the first and last hour of your shift , as it could affect production.🤣 2. They don't have enough work for everyone , and they say only high performers are considered, when its mainly just low performing members of management. 3. This job should have been advertised as seasonal. Because once elections are over, the work dries up for anyone but management staff. 4. The pay is so low. You start off at 8.75 and then it goes up to $9 after training. 5. If you get somone to take a survey, your not given an actual commission. But sometimes they give away one or two dollars during a competition. Fing worthless.

Pros

The training team was great and still helps if you need it. Work from home and no zoom or video is required after training unless you are in need of help. straight chat functions for communication. Easy system setup and use. Schedule flexibility is acceptable.

Cons

Team leaders really don't communicate properly. The weird thing of saying the stuff verbatim, but you can also say it this way or add this, doesn't make any sense. That needs to be clear and concise to the interviewer. The feedback given to employees isn't very clear and sometimes given too late for the interviewer to understand the context. Productivity can be high and still be cut on hours. The pay is absolutely horrible. The system crashes and/or glitches, especially during a survey (my internet is very fast and my computer is well maintained).
