In terms of product planning, Promethean is falling behind. The product roadmaps are not well - defined, and there's a lack of coordination between different departments involved in the process. This has led to inconsistent product updates. Some products receive excessive resources for minor improvements, while others crucial for market competitiveness are left under - developed.
