The expectation is full pivot, immediately. - Zero celebration of success - sometimes it's not even acknowledged. - Executives who are more focused on proving they are the smartest person in the room, without any experience/ability to perform any of the roles on their team. -It appears acceptable in the eyes of HR for managers to yell, berate and belittle their teams. They were told by exiting employees that this was happening and did nothing to resolve the issue. - Leadership does not value employees - when asked about how managers can drive better employee retention, the leadership response is "let them leave" - Leadership lacks diversity entirely. Opportunities to improve diversity have not been taken.

Layoffs, cost reductions, poor morale, no bonuses, lack of direction, leaders who talk badly about their teams and provide no support or air cover. People quitting left and right. Complete lack of communication about the reverse merger. No equity in Mynd.AI for anyone below the C-Suite. Senior leadership is completely disconnected from its people. There is NO vision, direction, or strategy behind what we're doing at any given time. Priorities change almost daily. People are disconnected and silo'd. People are asked to work on side projects in addition to their normal workload - without any sort of compensation, bonuses, or commitment to hiring people to do the work.
