My immediate team is wonderful. There are fantastic ERG leads who make everyone feel seen and valued during their meetings.
Cons
Dead end for growth in career and industry. There are leaders within the company who should be in management seats but are kept at the contributor level. Benefits skyrocketed by about 35% YoY. To top that off, they included a spousal surcharge if they’re offered benefits through their employer. That’s roughly over $1000 or more a month to have healthcare for a 3 person family. Tough to swallow when we’re pushing two years since getting raises or bonuses despite pushing the company forward with no clear goals from the executive team. Work life balance is laughable. Most employees are doing 3+ people’s jobs. Recognition is nonexistent from most managers/directors. No constructive feedback. A lot of talking at us instead of with us.
