      Pros

      This is the best of Silicon Valley in Utah. The diversity is well balanced, for Utah. I genuinely like the office environment. Very causal and laid back. If you can self manage and out perform, you will have zero issues on the sales team.

      Cons

      Almost too casual on some weekdays, other than Friday.

      Pros

      - Swarm mentality. When needed everyone jumps into close a deal or just help. - California company in Utah. I feel more valued here than all past employers in Utah. - Great People. I love the people I work with and even the ones that I don't get to work with on a regular basis. - True open door mentality. I needed help and was able to walk in the Utah General Manager's office to get help. - Results focused culture. Proofpoint does not make you waste time with projects that don't impact revenue. - The executive team is very strategic about our growth. We are constantly investing in our technology and training. The Utah office has been growing like crazy. The other amazing thing is our attrition has been extremely low.

      Cons

      The Utah office has seen some turn over with Management. Not the top paying company in the Tech industry, but one of the better paying in Utah.

      Pros

      Proofpoint is an industry leader due to its solid products and constant innovation. You can have a solid career, you just need to work for it. Employees are not afraid of a challenge, they work together and there is always time for banter. Its a multicultural and diverse environment. The company offers very competitive packages and supports its employees wherever they can.

      Cons

      The company has its growing pains due to the rapid expansion. That isn't a bad thing - you just have to have the right attitude and mind-set for it
