      Pros

      Proofpoint offers a laid-back atmosphere and the best-in-class coaching to build excellent sales professionals. With a clear trajectory of success laid out from day one and no mysteries as to how performance is measured and rewarded, employees truly own their own business and determine their level of success here. Salary is great, benefits great.

      Cons

      Potentially trying to embrace a corporate atmosphere, with all the bureaucracy that comes with it, well before the company should be doing so. You're a mid-sized company. Sure you're public, but you're not Adobe. Embrace your size and allow employees the opportunity to watch and take part in growth if that's what they're after.

      Pros

      Good software and great recruiters..nothing else good to say really. Nice office space and cold soda for free. And the bathrooms are clean I think

      Cons

      Under qualified management who discuss openly the poor culture and blame it on the corporate office in California. And the management is terrified to hire anyone who has more talent than themselves, it's no wonder people rarely stay for more than a year. The corporate office needs a complete overhaul of the management at the Utah office and needs to put in some true professionals.

      Pros

      Product is solid. Culture is good. Corporate tires it's best to have the Draper office be on the same page but is not succeeding.

      Cons

      Too much turnover. Corporate needs to get a grip on the Draper office, the good people who should move up in the company are leaving. Morale is low.
