Staffing and HR don't talk to one another while they are supposed to be one team. Unless you are chummy with the mgr. don't expect to move anywhere. The team is very clicky and staffing is a revolving door where the good people leave while the bad people are still there. Some people are converted after only being there for a few months while others work for years before they are converted. Their reasoning is over the top ridiculous because they don't want you to leave. Upper management doesn't care about the well being of the team.

This is a fast-paced work environment, which is exhilarating but definitely not for the faint-hearted. You need to be prepared to think outside the box, be proactive and self-motivated and you'll be just fine.
