Pros
This is an amazing company with and amazing product. The only reason I left was because I was recruited by another company and the offer was too good to pass up. There is nothing better than selling the best product in the industry. This isn't just company fluff either, it's proven by a 95%+ renewal rate and being recognized as the clear leader year over year by industry analysts. The leadership team is amazing and they truly care, you're not just treated as a number like in many sales roles. Even the CEO is friendly and approachable. They even have the little things like a free snack program and free sodas.
Cons
The CFO is a little tight on budgets and they don't have a 401k match. But they do have an amazing employee stock purchase plan. They are in a hyper growth mode that comes with it's challenges but also great opportunities.
