      Great steady growth SAAS company

      Pros

      Strong CEO & CFO, steady growth with a lot of up side stock potential, very good overall culture. Great vision for future growth.

      Cons

      Quality of VP level management is mixed but has been improving (HR for instance). Compensation & benefits have been mediocre but is also improving. A lot of tension between product management, engineering, operations, and support. Some groups work a lot of hours.
