      Pros

      The work environment breeds a healthy, creative, positive and and fun atmosphere that promotes team growth. They provide a flexible work schedule. Management recognizes hard work and are not shy about letting people know they are important to the growth of the company. Proofpoint is responsible for getting me out of a dead-end job and giving me a career. I couldn't be happier

      Cons

      I have been employed with Proofpoint for a year and a half and have not found a single thing that I would consider a downside or problem with the company or the people that work for the company.

      Pros

      Proofpoint is growing fast and gaining a lot of momentum. Competent people that are fun to work with. Very competitive.

      Cons

      Every growing company has things they are trying to work out including growing pains and the stress that comes with meeting and exceeding company goals. Proofpoint is no different. We feel pressure to perform well. I must say though that I have never been in fear of my job like at other places of employment.
