      It is a job. Lots of growing pains but exciting to see company expand.

      Decent benefits. Some flexible hours. Many good people to work with and share ideas.

      Cons

      Small company mentality with too much bureaucracy. Top heavy...too many managers and executive staff. Not enough people to do actual work.

      the trend is going to hosted email good software engineers

      Cons

      middle management is not good. they constantly change and in the end, they don't know what their subordinates are doing, it appears that they don't care either. new projects constantly are started and cancelled, wasting the team's effort and demoralize the team spirit. there is huge turnover of engineers, I have never seen that in my whole professional life.
