      - Flexible Hybrid Working - Supportive and non-micromanaging environment - Goals and expectations are very clear - Lunch Allowance, Office Snacks and drinks - Team is very open to supporting each other

      - Goals set for Support staff can be pretty steep and not as relevant as they could be(Still achievable if you put the work in)

      Established company with outdated products and risks

      Matured company as its been over 2 decades industry, so already have lots of customer base.

      Cons

      many talented engineers left outdated product, soon will be disrupted by AI owned by private equity, goal is to be a higher valuation no growth for employees, not much equity component cost cuts and hire fire strategy is common so join at your own risk
