      Pros

      The recruitment process was thorough but efficient and very professionally handled. Proofpoint do a great job of ensuring they recruit the right people - it's a 2-way process.

      Cons

      Some of the onboarding IT was a bit cumbersome.

      Genuine market leader with supportive management and great culture

      Pros

      Good compensation - Smaller BDR team which means plenty of support from management - Due to size of UK BDR team you have multiple AMs to collaborate with - fantastic product stack covering multiple areas of IT Security - Genuine Market leader - Management really invests time into BDRs

      High targets, but definitely achievable
