      Pros

      -Engaging and involved leadership -Within my department, I've felt valued and respected since day 1 -Work is interesting and stays on the forefront of the industry -Benefits are some of the best (or the best) I've ever had -Work is hard, but work-life balance is heavily emphasized and taking vacation is encouraged, even with the unlimited PTO -Everyone actually does feel like a united front with a common goal; not internally competitive and everyone wants to see each other succeed

      Total honesty, I've yet to find a negative of working here.

      Many silos cause communications problems The acquisition and (lack of full) integration of so many different companies and their technologies has caused some headaches.
