      Disconnected and Underwhelming Leadership

      Some nice people. Good technology. Good technical training.

      Cons

      Out of touch leadership seems more concerned with their optics and very top-down approach. Newer leadership seems to not have the relevant experience or background required for their roles in some cases. Out of date tactics to get results but not interested in listening to what their teams need to be successful. Very segmented, silo'd and so many people doing the job of what is just part of other people jobs elsewhere but slower and less effective results.
