Hours during EOQ are ridiculous. So much turn around, not only with OMS but with management. PTO is supposedly unlimited but upper management will put a limit on how much time you can take off. Very poor automation for a tech company, a lot of manual work. Raises are OK. Upper management is not great on giving positive feedback, it feels like they are only focused on negative feedback. CFO referred order management as “picture yourself starting in the mailroom”. Supervisors are nice but do not stand up for their employees; I feel like they are frightened for their own positions if they mention anything that the directors do not want to hear. New director is all about “metrics/calculations”. A “do as I say” style and does not like to be questioned. Very controlling as well. Manipulative in a way that he will come off as being nice but will have a reason to find something negative on how you respond. He watches everyone like a hawk! He will walk around the department to make sure no one is on their phones or web browsing!

Somehow a public high-tech company allowed a slew of about 90 percent of its management in the door, despite the fact that they are non-technical and severely old school in their leadership philosophy. Directors regularly reminded the office of those employees that worked the longest hours and took the least time off, despite the company claiming that it has “open PTO” and “autonomous culture”. Truly, the average 4-month employee could outsell almost any director. Extremely long sales cycle. Well below average comp plans. Less than 20% quota attainment in 2017 among about 200 reps. And no one cares that there is systemic dissatisfaction or high turnover. I worked there almost two years and felt like I was in an Orwellian warehouse posing as a “fun tech company”. Would not recommend.
