Free alcohol, nice office location, friendly co-workers

Cons

Many operational deficiencies, CEO golfs instead of works, C-suite cares more about valuation than employee satisfaction, high attrition for good reason, all departments are very siloed, sales' loose grasp of the product burdens customer service, average customer has a poor appraisal of customer service.

Alot of the staff, at least in the Boulder Office, really love the product and there was a fairly good rapport in the office.

Cons

The management team and fund backing them seem content to just juice every thing they can out of the outdated product.

The environment at Propertybase Boulder is Amazing. Everyone works hard, but there's a great work/life balance I haven't been around previously. Love coming to work everyday with people passionate about what they're doing.

Cons

None, Propertybase has been a dream come true for me.
