Pros

This company offers a solid suite of business line products for RE, recently merging 4 companies into 1. With any merger comes disconnect and confusion, but project managers do an excellent job meshing everything and centralizing processes. Here, you are what you make it, they provide a litany of support, excellent leads, resources and tools to maximize your pipelines and grow. No room for "free loafers" the team is aggressive and theres too much demand not to excel and beat your targets.

Cons

Some of the senior team members are full of hot air, pompous and arrogant to some degree, they feel its their right of passage to be rude or un-welcoming and seems to always have a negative comment. Not a huge problem, but just one in particular (you know who you are). To Management I'd say, watch out for toxic behaviors that will ultimately affect the carefully crafted culture of inclusion and support.

Pros

Nice people. Startup feel. Beer fridge.

Cons

Immature & clumsy product for the residential real estate sector (their commercial & developer offerings are a disaster). Lots of features that don't work in the real word. Prospective customers fill out a form requesting a demo, expecting to be sent a video. Instead they are hounded by a sales rep who wants to scheduled a 60-90 min conference call to show the product (minus the broken parts of course), followed by another meeting to conduct a 'deep dive' into their business in order to further illustrate how the product can help them sell more real estate. Propertybase is built on the Salesforce platform. That alone puts it out of reach for most real estate agents and small-medium sized teams. Salesforce is a cumbersome platform with an antiquated user interface that requires an in-house administrator (ie. an employee typically salaried at $60-100K). This is extreme overkill for most real estate practitioners. New Account Executives are to cut their teeth on small customers (1-4 agents). The product is an extremely hard sell for anyone in that category. It's just too expensive to purchase and maintain for anything but large firms. Management is inexperienced and has no idea how to support their employees. This and the lack of quality in the product makes Propertybase a revolving door. I've seen several employees last less than a month.
