      Great company with a core of great talent

      Pros

      -The Boulder and Germany teams are top notch. Boulder ' Germany Leadership, Support, Marketing, Sales and Development teams haver a ton of talent and work and communicate as a team. -Great company for work / life balance -Culture is solid and moving in the right direction -Steve, Head of Boulder office is a great leader who gives the department heads the room to manage their own teams for optimal success.

      Cons

      -Recent leadership and company merge has created a need for more strategic thinking, vision and product direction, but I think it will get there in the end.

      Boston Logic is a fast paced, innovative company to work for. With a dedicated group of employees, a top-notch product and roadmap, and an experienced and focused CEO, Boston Logic has everything to be the worldwide market leading real estate technology platform. And we're getting there. Processes, leadership, and methodology is always improving to streamline what we do, provide transparency, and improve the overall success of our clients. From the beginning, Vance Loiselle shared that meritocracy is fundamental piece of how his past successful companies have been based, and I've seen it come to fruition many times.

      Cons

      With any change, comes a little turbulence but we've weathered past that.

      Good for a while but lost their way

      Pros

      Fun people. Some good beer in the fridge. Friday Breakfasts. Good location in Fort Point of Boston.

      Cons

      No opportunity for career growth. A culture where voicing your opinion could lead to your termination. A hard to use crappy platform that sales can't really sell. Constant turnover was consistent throughout my years there. The platform is ten years old, built by basically one man who can't get out his own way to advance the product. Sales consistently missing targets and upper management preaches how well things are going. Three CEOs in the last two years says it all. Probably not the best place to work if you're looking for satisfaction or a place to grow your career.
