Towards the summer many people leave for home/grad school leaving others to pick up more shifts.

As the summer approaches, we recognize the change in availability due to graduation, moving home, etc. This spring we are adjusting our offerings for the summer to include transfers and full-time with benefits to hopefully prevent this in the future. -Working one on one with the physicians -Working with the EHR system and learning about documentation -Ability to set your own hours

Cons

-Somewhat disorganized from hire ups due to them being stationed in Texas.

Unparalleled, paid, experience in medicine.

Cons

Pay is low, shifts are typically pretty long and the work can be monotonous. Very stingy with overtime.
