Great for experience for those going the medical route.

Cons

Low pay. Scheduling and communication from managers are not the best. I had applied for an orthopedics scribe position, then on my contract I was given family medicine to scribe for, and when I started training I was put in clinics where I was needed to cover others shifts. I am now 4 months into this job, and I am still an as needed position.

The office I work at is nice. The people are nice and give great advise for future.

Cons

Management within the company is nice and helpful but their communication is lacking. As a new hire I wasn’t told were I’d be located, when I’d start, and they asked if I was available for training last minute at times
