Pros
Work from home and maybe the experience of being a full blown medical assistant with a pay of $10 . hr , but only $7 .hr for your first months of training.
Cons
Management is disheveled and uncommunicative. They expect you to sit for 8-10 hours without clocking out for a break to eat, walk your dog etc. They don't communicate - take days to respond to emails and if they do communicate, it will be a text between 11pm-4am the night prior to your shift about info you should have been told days before. Management all have a passionless and callous demeanor on training calls like the job is sucking the life out of them. They're 15+ min late to their meetings. They over hire bc of retention but then take weeks to months to schedule you. Find any other scribe CO if you need it for premed.
