It can be very hard to get in communication with supervisors. I have found it difficult getting some technical problems fixed in a timely fashion manner. I also find it difficult to form close connections or have any camaraderie with the employer and employees since it is a remote job,

With full time, I've had a schedule that starts at 7am to 5pm, but I often clocked out later than that. The pay is ok (10/hr) but I feel like it is not enough for the material and skills you need to know. For full time employees like I was, I was made to sign a contract that I would work a minimum of 12 months, 1000 hours, and give a 30 day notice before resigning or I would be fined $250. Part time employees sign something similar but with slightly different conditions. I reached out to HR after seeing the same job postings with higher pay ($12-$14 per hour), some saying estimate an others saying "from job description", and HR blew me off saying they didn't know how that got populated. They then denied me any raise saying they were not available for my area. Once I started working, it didn't seem like I was cared about much anymore. I also submitted an ADA form, had to reach out to HR a couple of times confirming they received it, and was told we would meet in a few days. At least a week has passed and I have yet to hear from them again.
