I can no longer think of any Pros for "Pro"service

- Upper management is completely out of touch of what goes on for everyday employees and just force process changes at the WORST times...and guess what? It's our fault if things don't work out. - They will axe you when it's most covenient for them and they love to point fingers and play the blame game. Leaders never take responsibility for their failures - instead they get promoted! - We do eNPS every quarter, but nothing ever seems to change. Just recycling the same corporate platitudes and pumping smoke. Q1 2025 got completely glossed over when scores TANKED. Still have not any sort of in-depth retrospective of that - also, don't expect it to ever be addressed. - Lets go of people who genuinely want to make change and keep promoting those that keep this company stuck in the stone age. - NO TRANSPARENCY behind any decisions that impact day-to-day operations. - There never seems to be a flushed out plan when things are rolled out - just "let's figure it out as we go". DOESN'T WORK. I would not recommend any potential employees OR clients partner with Proservice. They will chew you up, spit you out, then, blame YOU for it.
