Pros

Good job for people with no experience in banking. Job has flexible working hours.

Cons

Low pay, toxic work environment at some branches. Tellers and lending assistants forced to do much of the grunt work while upper management sits at their desks, doing nothing.

Pros

The company had a good match with the 401K program. It takes 5 years to be fully vested. You will get a free checking account for your paycheck.

Cons

In Prosperity world, the Lenders are the most important associates. Lenders do no wrong and HR protects them. Lenders get the BC President position even when they are not qualified. There are staffing issues due to low pay for entry level associates. A BCM at a large BC will be overworked and underpaid. Prosperity takes advantage of the managers and all the BC operations fall on them. It is difficult to get any support from the area management.
