Supportive coworkers but high stress and low pay

Lovely and very kind coworkers. Wonderful team leads.

Cons

High stress work environment. Is an inbound call center although they pretend it is not. Low base starting pay. Pay is not client specific, so if you get transferred you will not receive additional compensation for training and additional work.

Consistent Work Can Gain IT Skills Working here for a year, they will pay for any cert you want dealing with IT for free

Cons

Favoritism Can Feel Unappreciated Six Days of PTO that you have to accumulate out the year and holidays aren't paid for so you will either have to work ten hours for the four days or use your PTO

Pros

You won't find many tech jobs like this in small towns. The mission is giving people like you a chance. The company is growing rapidly and constantly improving benefits programs and amenities. The culture is also very inclined towards working with your flaws and growing you as an employee rather than cutting you at the first sign of trouble. The only things that you will get instantly fired for are drama and attendance, which is 100% necessary to keep a good work environment.

Cons

Because they primarily hire local talent, leadership is sometimes pretty green around the gills. Coming in with experience won't mean too much in some areas because of that. Income is also capped. Because they are a newer company, you also won't find things like robust time off packages, but that is quickly changing.
