      Pros

      Provalus operates with a genuine human-first philosophy. The level of personal, immediate support is extraordinary—they helped with gas and food before the first paycheck and even ensured my phone subscription was paid by a team member to keep me working. Leadership (Rob, Dr C, Ms. Vee) is compassionate and fully supportive.

      Cons

      I genuinely have no criticisms. My only wish is that more companies followed the gold standard of employee care that Provalus has established.

      Pros

      So far working for Provalus has been a wonderful experience. They are understanding, appreciative, and I have not gotten the “cold corporate” feel from working there. Everyone there is nice, and is always willing to talk. I get paid decent for what I do. And the culture there is laid back.

      Cons

      Sometimes the client can be a little difficult to make happy.
